Whilst incorporated officially in 2023, DSC Bloodstock has an expansive history of experience and success in the thoroughbred management and sales side of the Bloodstock Industry. Already, key partnerships have been formed and stock has been boarded for some of the most reputable names in the business. Their idyllic equine facility in the rolling hills of North Dorset has seen a comprehensive programme of renovation and investment, allowing it to become the stunning, remarkably modern yet traditional boarding and sales preparation facility it is today. Put simply, the beauty and modernity of the yard in addition to the wealth of experience and expertise offered by the team is an excellent combination, making DSC Bloodstock the go-to destination for all thoroughbred breeding needs.
Our Team
Both Andrew and Sarah Coogan have over three decades of experience within the wider Bloodstock Industry. Andrew is a specialist in the sales preparation of both mares and foals, with his managed consignment topping the Tattersalls Foal Sale on multiple occasions in the recent past. Sarah also possesses an expert knowledge of the industry, having qualified as an equine physiotherapist, working with prominent trainers and owners in the South West to diagnose and successfully rehabilitate racehorses suffering from serious injury. Now operating under the DSC Bloodstock banner, the team are hungry for even greater success and provide the perfect combination of skillsets and experience to achieve outstanding results for their clients.
